I’m an expert at building technical products for startups. I work with clients in a fractional capacity and I’ve taken on many roles over the past few years - Fractional CTO, Fractional CPO, Principal Software Engineer, Founding Software Engineer, and Head of Product, to name a few.
In addition to fractional product work, I’m an angel investor and startup mentor.
I am passionate about solving real-world problems in a profitable, sustainable way using design and technology.
In 2011, I started Thoughtful, a boutique product studio that brings the lean startup methodology to clients of all sizes. At Thoughtful, I've launched products without needing outside investment and helped over 30 clients as a technology partner.
In addition to starting Thoughtful, I've also taken some breaks to work at a few startups full-time along the way, including Teachable, where I was the first hire and helped them scale the MVP to millions of users, Simon Data, and a few of my own product launches as well.
